Stray Kids headlined Japan's National Stadium. A wet-stage fall is not a JYP medical notice.
Star News: first foreign male act at Tokyo National Stadium, 140,000 over two nights, extra Tokyo Dome in November. JYP has not issued a diagnosis.
TL;DR — Star News reports that Stray Kids closed two nights of the RUN IT world tour at Tokyo's National Stadium (MUFG Stadium) on 29–30 August 2026, the first solo shows there by a foreign male act, drawing 140,000 people, and announced extra Tokyo Dome dates for 6–8 November. Sports Kyunghyang, citing Lee Know's fan platform, says he went to hospital after slipping on a wet stage; JYP issued no medical notice. A stadium first is not a confirmed injury report.
Stray Kids played Japan's National Stadium. Online, a lot of the conversation is about people falling over. Those are two different facts.
What the stadium booking actually is
Star News says the 29–30 August shows were the Japan leg of RUN IT. TWICE, from the same agency, had already been the first foreign act on that rebuilt stadium's stage. Stray Kids were the first foreign male act to headline it. Attendance over two days: 140,000.
The same report says they played This & That live for the first time, walked stadium aisles to greet fans, and after night two announced three extra Tokyo Dome shows, 6–8 November, about two years after dominATE JAPAN in November 2024. The group's Japanese account thanked STAY for filling even National Stadium.
Sports Kyunghyang adds that the tour continues 5–6 September at Vantelin Dome Nagoya, and that the group was due back in Korea on the afternoon of 31 August.

What is, and is not, a medical report
Sports Kyunghyang, on 31 August, said Lee Know told fans on his platform that he had been to hospital after night one, then "I'm fine," and that he expected to be fine after sleep. He appeared at the 5 p.m. second show. The paper describes slips on a wet stage during Ceremony and again during Run It, with Changbin and Felix also seen sliding, and Bang Chan falling with blood on his arm. Fan cameras are why those clips moved. The same article says it is not public what tests were done, or whether a doctor cleared night two, and that JYP put out no separate notice.
That is not a 2025 MAMA ankle-sprain statement. Do not paste last year's diagnosis onto this weekend.
Theqoo and fan Twitter arguing about the floor are heat. They do not replace JYP.
